Naomi's special place
Ballykelly is a small village less than 30 minutes away from the closest city which is called Londonderry. I have lived here since I was born until I moved to Belfast for university and the majority of my extended family still lives there today. I would describe it as a very close knit community; it’s the type of place where everyone knows each other.
My favourite thing about this place is its natural beauty especially the Sperrin mountains which surround the area. These green hills make up the largest mountain range in Northern Ireland but are the least explored, which makes them even more special in my opinion. There are also impressive forests, rivers and parks that you won’t find anywhere else.
As well as this, it’s near my grandparents’ house which holds lots of memorable moments for me such as learning how to cook for the first time from my granny.
It must be said, it’s probably not the most exciting place in the world but it’ll always be my favourite one!
Navaconcejo is a small village just over an hour's drive from Cáceres. The village is surrounded by mountains, as it is at the bottom of a valley. The whole county, called Jerte Valley, is popular with tourists, who like trekking and nature, as well as for the cherry blossom which many people come to watch at the beginning of each spring.
One of the most important elements in this valley landscape is the river Jerte, whose name has an Arab origin and means "pleasure". An it is really a pleasurable area, full of different species of trees and with many springs of water that come from the top of the mountains to the river.
My favourite place is a two kilometres walk from Navaconcejo to Cabezuela, the nearest village. It is a narrow path following the river bank, very close to the water. During periods when the weather is wet, the path can be really muddy an it may be difficult to follow in some parts. But at the same time, the walk is more beautiful because the river usually flows with more water.
Whenever I go to my village, I always try to do this walk. If the day is sunny you always meet people, especially after luch, so it is a good opportunity to have a chat and enjoy nature.

ResponderEliminarIt's over 13 hours driving a car, and more or least 4 hours to Paris. It isn't very small but Chantonnay's people are very happy. I go 3 times a year because my family are there and I visit them sometimes.
In my free time I play basketball, football, I go to the supermarket....
I'm very exciting there because I've got a house. For me it's the only place can be perfect on the world.
When you finish have lunch you can meet people at 2 o'clock more or least and they are very sympathetic they talk to you if you have a problem. The village it's very quiet.

It is a small country side but is very beatiful and relaxing.
there is a house with a porch, two garage, a pool ,a barbecue,a harvest,a cabin and a lot of beatiful flowers and plants. i love it because i spend a good times with my friends and my family
i usually play football, basketball,ride a bike,take a walk, see the animals,help to my father with the grass and harvest and to my mother with the flowers.

My special place is the Casar of Cáceres because it's my village.

It's a small village where I have my field.
My family and I pass the day and we make a barbacue to eat.
We ha a garage, a big house, one football field and a basket.
I usually play football with my cousin or play basketball.
Also, I help to my family doing some activities like watering, cleaning the house, make the barbacue...
I like this place because it have very beautiful flowers and it's very relaxing.

Coria is a small village but is very active.
I like go to my village because there lives all my family.

My favourite place is Hernán Pérez. It´s my campament.
ResponderEliminarI have gone for 4 years. You arrive in 3 or 4 hours by bus. It´s a small village. There aren´t a lot of people but the people are friendly. There are a lot of houses and gardens. I love the river, because the water is clear and cold. If you go far away you can see otters. In my campament there is a mill that is destroyed. There is a bridge and an old house. I like going there because I have a lot of fun and I can do anything, because my parents can´t control me. I love the nature and the enviroment, and I like this village.
We play a lot of games and we do a lot of funny things. I love going there.
I recommended to you, it´s wonderful.

My special place is Valdelagrana, Puerto de Santa María in Cádiz.

I go on summer with my family twice a year.
I have a small house in a urbanization called Colomina.
In the urbanization i a have a lot of friends, we go to the beach, to play basketball and football, to the swimming pool and in the night we go to take a walk.
When we go to the pool we play cards, talking about our likes and sometimes we will get into the pool.

My special place is Peñalba.
ResponderEliminarPeñalba is a small village in Castilla y Leon, in winter only live in it 30 persons but in summer there are more than 300 persons, is a very beautiful place with a pediment and a old park. I spend more than 9 hour per day in summer because i have many friends in it. It's over 3 hours driving a car, I like this place because is relaxing and I can be with my family

My special place is my country house. It is in Caceres. You arrive it in just one hour. I like because it is big and when I was a child I go every week. Now I can not go because there are not water. In my country house there is a house, a swimming pool, a swing, a garage. There are a lot of beautiful plants. The house have got two floor. In the first floor there is a living room, a bathroom, a kitchen and other room. There are stairs. In the second floor there are seven room and a terrace. There are lot of trees, more or less twenty. My favourite place is Descargamaría, it's my campament. You arrvie in two hours by bus. I like it because it's very relaxing. I go when there are campings, more or less three times a year. There are many trees, a natural pool, eight huts, a big refuge and a small refuge and one bar. Descargamaría is in the region of Hervás, near to Cadalso. It's a small village. In winter live in it 100 persons but in summer there are 300 persons. I love going there.

Mi favourite special place is Abetxuko Ikastola. It is in Vitoria. My father's family live there. I like it because it is nice and homely. I go there twice a year. When we go, the people is very friendly. It always rain and it's cold, but I love it. The places are very nice. I love much go there.
ResponderEliminarMy special place is Alburquerque. It is in Badajoz one hour away from Cáceres. There we rent a big country house where We go at Christmas with all my father's family and We stay there for three days more or less. It is like a tradition for me.

It is a relaxing place with a little lake near from there and many wild animals like boars, hawks and deers.
I can't imagine Christmas without spend some days there. I really hope to go there many years.
My special place is Bilbao is a big city there are a lot of shops and many traffic the weather it´s often cloudy it´s cold and rain a lot i love that weather. I love going shoping with my mum and eat with my family i have a good time with their. My grandother´s house i on "El Casco Viejo" is very relaxing. I spend my summer there i go to the bich and i sunbathing.

My country hause is my favourite place. It's in a valley. It's about a hectare. It has a lot of beautiful trees. The most of them are cherry trees, but there also more than them. There, we have a big hause with a chimney. We have a pool with a lot of grass too. I love swimming in my pool. It's very relaxing. Every weekend I go there with my parents. We also spend some holidays there. It's a special place for me.

My favorite place in the world is my country house. Every summer i live in this house with my family. In my country i play with my sister, I swim in the pool every day, I sew with my grandmother, I play basketball with my cousin and i help my parents to keep everything. I especially love a corner of my field. From this corner I see all Caceres. I love read and listen music on it. In this small space feel safe and happy. I could say it's my favorite place in the world.
